If you felt the game looked bad in Partia 1, then you'll find this game look much the same, except we have much bigger and nicer character portraits.So you may refrain from purchasing this game if you didn't like Partia 1. I love this game. Brings back the nostalgic feeling of playing FFT, TO, and Lunar. IMO this game is challenging in a good way. Some aspects of the controls are not that intuitive (ie. Equipment exchange) and I am not sure if there is a way to soft reset the game (without exiting the application). I also found out there is a blog for this in addition to more customization of the main character for the third installation of this series. I hope the game creator gets more sales/downloads. :)

I liked the 3rd one so much, I come back & played the 2nd. Challenging, but not to difficult to get through. Hopefully there will be a 4th installment, I'll be looking forward to playing that as well.
